Emmy award winning platinum recording artist Bieber girlfriend Selena Gomez is apearing on the stage with a new role. she is going to host Video Music Award pre-show 'black carpet' on August 28, 2011. The show will start at 8 PM. MTV team correspondents Sway Calloway, Jim cantiello and James Montgomery and even her peers will be reported and interviewed by her. An MTV press release on Friday says Selena will,“be reporting breaking news and interviewing her peers alongside MTV News correspondents Sway, Jim Cantiello and James Montgomery.”
After her pre-show the main Award ceremony will start at 9 with Lady Gaga opening the show and it can be watched live from Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Selena Gomez herself is very excited says,"I am very excited to be a part of the 2011 VMAs! After all of my years watching the VMAs, the pre-show has always been one of my favorite parts.
